In the event your product does not work out for you, we offer a ten day period from the delivery date for returns and exchanges with a few exceptions. Items must be unworn, tags still attached, and free of smoke and perfume. Items must be returned in original packaging. For example shoes must be returned in original box.
If you need a different size please go ahead and purchase the size you need while you are waiting for a credit as the size may not be available after we receive your exchange (Items cannot be held)
Damaged items must be reported to the email below within 3 days of delivery and before the item is worn.
No refund on shipping charges.
Refund must be placed back on the original credit card, or a store credit will be issued.
